Livingstone Shire Council: Comment on the Draft Planning Scheme

Livingstone Shire Council has recently commenced the public consultation for its draft planning scheme.  The Shire includes the coastal townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park, as well as the smaller villages of Byfield, Farnborough, Cawarral, Keppel Sands, The Caves, Marlborough and Stanage Bay.

Commencing on Wednesday 16th November 2016, the public consultation period will run for eight weeks, concluding on Monday 16th January 2017. 

The purpose of this period is to provide the community the opportunity to make comment about the proposed planning scheme.
